Delay in distributing the circular to shareholders

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1   Shareholders are referred to the Firm Intention Announcement released on SENS on 12
      September 2023 and the further announcement dated 10 October 2023 in which it was
      advised that Nikkel Trading 392 (Pty) Limited (Nikkel Trading) has acquired additional
      Brikor shares at a price of 17 cents per share so that Nikkel Trading now holds 68.01% of
      the issued shares of Brikor.


1.2   Shareholders are advised that an extension until 8 November 2023 has been granted by
      the TRP to distribute the circular due to a delay in the circular process.
