CHANGES TO THE BOARD, THE COMPANY SECRETARY AND TO THE COMPANY’S
REGISTERED ADDRESS

1. Changes to the board and company secretary

Herman Bosman will step down as chief executive officer and financial director, with effect
from 1 December 2022 and will remain on the board as a non-executive director.

Herman’s continuous forward-thinking and innovative solutions to complex corporate
challenges, in a manner that empowered the management teams of the underlying portfolio
companies, resulted in the creation of significant shareholder value. The board thanks
Herman for a job well done over the past eight years and wishes him every success in future
endeavours. In his capacity as a non-executive director, Herman will remain involved in the
ongoing monetisation of RMH’s assets.

Brian Roberts, the current chief executive officer of RMH Property, will succeed Herman as
chief executive officer with effect from 1 December 2022. Ellen Marais, the current company
secretary and financial manager, will relinquish these positions and will assume the
responsibility of executive financial director with effect from 1 December 2022. IKB Company
Secretaries Proprietary Limited has been appointed as RMH company secretary with effect
from 1 December 2022, with Deidre De Carvalho as the designated individual company
secretary.

The board congratulates Brian and Ellen on their executive appointments and wishes them
well in their new roles.

2. Change in registered office:

RMH shareholders are advised that, with effect from 1 December 2022, the Company’s
registered office is as follows:
