Change in a director's responsibilities and appointment of SepHold CEO
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's board of directors ("the Board") is
pleased to announce that Mr Kenneth Capes ("Kenneth") has been appointed as the SepHold Chief Executive
Officer ("CEO"), with effect from 1 April 2023.
Kenneth is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Métier Mixed
Concrete Proprietary Limited ("Métier"), and a SepHold Executive Director. He first joined the Board as an
executive director in the first quarter of 2013 as part of the founding owners of Métier following its acquisition
by the Company. His extensive knowledge and passion for concrete manufacture led him to be a founder of
Métier in 2007, expanding the operations throughout the Western Cape, Natal and Gauteng markets. His
prowess in building materials and entrepreneurial flair has enabled Métier to outperform its peers consistently.
Mr Neil Crafford Lazarus, who has been fulfilling the dual role of SepHold's CEO and Financial Director ("FD")
since January 2020, will continue in his role as SepHold's FD.
The Board welcomes the appointment of Kenneth as SepHold's CEO and believes that his continued partnership
with Neil will assist the company in navigating the challenging operating environment.
