Notice is hereby given that interest payment number 6 has been declared from income reserves
for the period 01 November 2021 to and including 31 October 2022, amounting to a gross interest
of 0.98548 USD per note, converted to 1786.33032 ZAR cents (using a USD/ZAR exchange rate of
18.1265 as at 11 October 2022), payable to the holders of the Notes as recorded in the books of
Investec Bank Limited (“the Company”) at the close of business on Friday,
28 October 2022.
