Blue Label shareholders are advised that Cell C Proprietary Limited, of which Blue Label holds a 45% stake, will host a
webcast to present their annual results for the 2021 financial year as well as the interim results for the six months
ended 30 June 2022.

The presentation will take place on Wednesday, 14 September 2022, at 14h00 and a link to the webcast will be
circulated in due course.

The results announcement will be followed by an investor roadshow which will take place on Thursday 15th and
Friday 16th of September 2022.
