RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that on 23 August 2022, Vicki Turner, tendered her resignation as company secretary
of Fairvest to pursue other interests.

The board of directors thanks Vicki for her contribution to Fairvest and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.

Fairvest will commence a process of identifying a suitable replacement and shareholders will be advised of
the appointment of a new company secretary in due course.
