CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are advised that the company is in advanced negotiations for the acquisition of a portfolio of direct and
indirect property assets from a related party. If successfully concluded, Castleview will comprise a diversified and
quality portfolio of assets across all property sectors.

The implementation of the proposed acquisition, the value of which will exceed the company’s reported net asset value
for the year ended 28 February 2022, will result in the issue of more than 100% of the current issued share capital of the
company and will accordingly be deemed to be a reverse takeover for purposes of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
