Resignation of financial director


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Norman Janse van Rensburg has resigned as Financial
Director with effect from 28 February 2022.

The Board of Directors thanks Norman for his contribution to the Company.

The Company will begin the process of finding a replacement immediately.
