UBS AG, as Issuer of the UBS Automatic Early Redeemable Note (Phoenix
Autocallable) linked to the FTSE 100 Index, EURO STOXX 50 Index and Standard
and Poor's 500 Index (the "Notes"), hereby notifies holders of the automatic
exercise which occurred on Tuesday, 07 December 2021.

On Tuesday, 07 December 2021 (Early Termination Observation Date), the
conditions for early exercise were met, therefore the Phoenix Autocallable
Notes will automatically exercise and terminate. The Notes will be
suspended from trading effective, Wednesday 8 December 2021.
