REDEMPTION OF ASN396 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT

In terms of paragraphs 27(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 22 November 2021
was greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption
and termination.

Accordingly the ASN396 note has been suspended from trading tomorrow, Tuesday, 07 December 2021. ASN396 will
redeem and automatically terminate with effect from 14 December 2021.
