Notification of appointment of Company Secretary

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the permanent appointment of Tali Anderssen as company secretary with effect from
November 2021. Tali Anderssen has a wealth of experience as a company secretary and in the fields
of legal and compliance. In addition, she holds a LLB from the University of Cape Town and LLM
from New York University. The Board of BNPP PF South Africa welcome Mrs Anderssen to the team
and are satisfied that she possesses the competence and experience to fulfil the role.
