NOTICE OF A MEETING OF ALL OF THE HOLDERS – TRANSACTION 6
In accordance with Condition 22.2.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes,
the Issuer has given notice that a meeting ("Meeting") of the holders of all the
Notes issued by the Issuer under the Programme in relation to Transaction No. 6,
to be held on 30 July 2021 at 10h00, at the offices of Redinkcapital (Pty) Ltd,
situate at 10 Muswell Road South, Bryanston, by electronic communication for the
purposes of considering, and, if deemed fit, passing, with or without
modifications, the Extraordinary Resolutions.
The record date to be recorded in the Register to vote at the Noteholders Meeting,
is 8 July 2021.
Please note that the proxy form should be sent to Strate Proprietary Limited at
Strate-CDAdmin@strate.co.za, and a copy to the Issuer at paul@red-inc.co.za, any
time before the time and on the date, appointed for holding the meeting or
adjourned meeting of the Noteholders specified above.
