Estate EX-SA ETF into participatory units in the Cloud Atlas S&P African
Sovereign Bond ETF

Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the supplement (“Supplement”)
posted on Thursday, 15 April 2021 in respect of the Cloud Atlas amendment of the
AMI real estate EX-SA ETF into participatory units in the Cloud Atlas S&P African
Sovereign Bond ETF from which the defined terms as utilised below have been
extracted from, unless specified otherwise.

Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on SENS on
Wednesday 9, June 2021 in respect of the results of the ballot to approve the
Cloud Atlas amendment of the AMI real estate EX-SA ETF into participatory units
in the Cloud Atlas S&P African Sovereign Bond ETF wherein Shareholders were
provided with the result.

Shareholders are hereby reminded that the voting in respect of the Cloud Atlas
amendment of the AMI real estate EX-SA ETF into participatory units in the Cloud
Atlas S&P African Sovereign Bond ETF was fulfilled and following the SENS on
Wednesday 9, June 2021, in respect of the amendment of the salient dates, the
dates will be implemented in accordance with the timeline below:
