Purchase of Shares by the Employee Benefit Trust
The Company announces that Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited acquired
990,714 ordinary shares in Hammerson at an average price of 36.0449 pence per share
on 30 March 2021.
These shares will be settled to Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited being the
trustees of the Hammerson Employee Share Ownership Plan. The shares will be used
to satisfy the exercise and release of options and awards granted to employees under
the Company’s various employee share plans.
