in MIAL.

Noteholders are hereby advised that Airports Company South Africa
concluded sale of its 10% shareholding in Mumbai International
Airport Private Limited “MIAL” for amount of INR6 164 779 140 net
of applicable taxes.

Further information to be provided when the company engages with
key stakeholders including Noteholders, to share an update with
regards to operating and financial performance. A conference call
