WITHDRAWAL OF RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Further to the SENS announcements released on 3 November 2020 and 27 November 2020,
the Delta Board is very pleased to advise that Mr JJ Njeke has reconsidered his decision to
resign from the Delta Board and has confirmed that he wishes to withdraw his resignation.
Accordingly, JJ will remain on the Delta Board as the lead independent director and also as
the chairman of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

In addition, JJ also remains as a member of Nominations Committee, Remuneration
Committee and Investment Committee of Delta.
