REFINANCE OF AND REDEMPTION OF NOTES

Noteholders are advised that in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions   of   the   THE  THEKWINI   FUND 15   (RF)   LIMITED
ZAR4,000,000,000 Asset Backed Note Programme, the Issuer shall,
in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.3.4, on 23
November 2020, being the first Business Day following the Coupon
Step-Up Date, issue a further Tranche of Notes (the "Refinancing
Notes") and will use the proceeds of the Refinancing Notes,
together with available funds, to redeem the Principal Amount
Outstanding of the instruments listed below, in accordance with
the Priority of Payments:
