APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of New
Frontier is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Bolleurs (“Richard”) as Chief Financial Officer
(“CFO”) of the Company with effect from 7 October 2020.

Richard holds a BCom and is a CA(SA) and over the years has held a number of senior positions, in companies
such as Ernst & Young, Anglo American, HLH Mining Timber, Eskom, Chempro, First Rand and Orion Real Estate.

Richard’s career has exposed him to a great variety of both corporate and line functions. His management style
is hands on coupled with empowering his subordinates through the negotiation and supply of ideas and
direction. Richard has had extensive first-hand experience of change management and restructuring exercises,
and has lectured on this subject, as well as benchmarking, finance, HR, and best practices.

The Board of Directors of New Frontier welcomes Richard to the executive team.

New Frontier holds primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
