NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN AUDITOR


Pursuant to the open tender procurement process to appoint external
auditors and in compliance with the provision of paragraph 7.10 of the
JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that the IDC
embarked on an open tender process in September 2019 due to the expiry
of the appointment term for its joint auditors, SizweNtsalubaGobodo
Grant Thornton Inc. and Ngubane and Company (JHB) Inc.


The open tender process has since been concluded and the IDC hereby
wish   to   inform     you    that   it’s   external   joint    auditors    are   now
SizweNtsalubaGobodo Grant Thornton Inc. (incumbent auditor) and SAB&T
Chartered Accountants Incorporated t/a Nexia SAB&T (new joint auditor).
Both   audit   firms    are   accredited    in   accordance    with   the   JSE   Debt
Listings Requirements.
