FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SCHEME AND DELISTING OF TRANS HEX
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 30 September 2019 and 29 October
2019. Using the terms defined in a circular to shareholders dated 30 September 2019, containing details of
the Scheme and Delisting of the Company, Shareholders are advised that the Conditions Precedent to the
Scheme have been fulfilled and the Scheme has become unconditional with effect from 13 November 2019.
The salient dates and times relating to the operative date of the Scheme and the anticipated Delisting are
set out below.

the Scheme record date Tuesday, 26 November
Suspension of listing of shares on the JSE Wednesday, 27 November
Scheme record date to receive the settlement in terms of the Scheme Friday, 29 November
Expected Scheme operative date Monday, 2 December
Expected date of settlement of the Scheme Consideration to be paid
electronically or posted by cheque to certificated Scheme Participants Monday, 2 December
Dematerialised Scheme Participants expected to have their accounts held
at their Broker or CSDP debited with the Scheme Consideration Monday, 2 December
Expected date of the termination of listing of the Shares on the Main
Board of the JSE at the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 3 December
