NOTICE OF REDEMPTION BY THE ISSUER ON 18 JULY 2019 OF EACH OF THE
CLASS A NOTES, THE CLASS B NOTES, THE CLASS C NOTES AND THE CLASS D
NOTES ISSUED BY THE ISSUER UNDER THE ZAR4,000,000,000 ASSET BACKED
NOTE PROGRAMME OF THE ISSUER
Notice is hereby given that, the Issuer shall, on 18 July 2019,
redeem the Outstanding Principal Amount under -
- Class A12 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 July 2016 in an
amount of ZAR 647 454 660 under stock code TH9A12 ("Class A12
Notes");
- Class B4 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 July 2016 in an
amount of ZAR 54 000 000 under stock code THE9B4 ("Class B4
Notes");
- Class C4 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 July 2016 in an
amount of ZAR 54 000 000 under stock code THE9C4 ("Class C4
Notes"); and
- Class D4 Notes, issued by the Issuer on 18 July 2016 in an
amount of ZAR 18 000 000 under stock code THE9D4 ("Class D4
Notes");
(collectively, the "Notes"), which Notes were issued under the
Issuer's ZAR4,000,000,000 asset backed note programme established
in terms of a programme memorandum dated on or about 12 July
2011("Programme Memorandum"). The Coupon Step-Up Call Date of each
of the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the
Class D Notes respectively, is 18 July 2019 and the Notes shall be
redeemed on 18 July 2019.
Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not
otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings assigned to such
terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum.
