AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER AND THE GUARANTORS
Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 31 December
2018 (“the Issuer’s financial statements”) and the annual financial statements of the guarantors to the
Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (“the Programme”), being RCS Cards Proprietary Limited and BNP
Paribas S.A., for the year ended 31 December 2018 (“the Guarantors’ financial statements”) are available for
inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The Issuer’s financial statements have also been made available on its website at https://www.rcs.co.za/about-
rcs/investor-relations .
The annual financial statements of BNP Paribas S.A. for the year ended 31 December 2018 have also been
made available at the following website: https://invest.bnpparibas.com/en/consolidated-financial-statements .
Bondholders are further advised that the audit reports on the Issuer’s financial statements and the Guarantors’
financial statements were unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that no restatements to previously published results
have been included in the Issuer’s financial statements or the Guarantors’ financial statements.
