   NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S DETAILS

   In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Old Mutual plc (the "Company") announces that Alan
   Gillespie, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director
   of ContourGlobal plc, whose shares were admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List
   of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities on 14
   November 2017.
