IN THE RBA GROUP


Shareholders are referred to the announcements of 10 May 2016 and 25 May 2016. Trevor
Glaum, the Business Rescue Practitioner (“BRP”), would like to provide the following update as
to the business rescue process and a general update of the RBA group.


Creditors have provided an extension for the publication of the business rescue plans for the
respective companies in business rescue to 29 July 2016.

Currently the main focus is to run scenarios and business models with a view to finalising the
respective business rescue plans for publication and consideration by creditors.
