POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the detailed terms announcement
released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE
Limited on 29 June 2015 in which they were advised that the
Company had entered into an agreement with Fourways Precinct
Proprietary Limited and Azrapart Proprietary Limited in respect
of the early exercise of the Company’s development option over
the Fourways Mall (“the Transaction”).
A circular, setting out, inter alia, the terms of the Transaction
and incorporating a Notice of General Meeting (“GM”) convening a
GM of Accelerate shareholders in order to consider and, if deemed
fit, pass the ordinary resolutions necessary to authorise the
Transaction, will be posted to shareholders today, 18 December 2015
(“the Circular”).

Notice of the General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of Accelerate
shareholders will be held at Cedar Square Shopping Centre,
Management Office, 1st Floor, Corner Willow Avenue and Cedar
Road, Fourways, 2055 on Thursday, 28 January 2016 at 10:00 to
transact the business as stated in the general meeting notice
forming part of the Circular (“the Notice of General Meeting”).
Salient dates
The Notice of General Meeting has been sent to shareholders who
were recorded as such in the Company’s securities register on
Friday, 11 December 2015 being the notice record date used to
determine which shareholders are entitled to receive Notice of
the General Meeting. The salient dates relating to the General
Meeting are detailed as follows:
Last day to trade in order to be eligible to Friday, 15 January
vote at the General Meeting 2016
Record date to participate in and vote at the Friday, 22 January
General Meeting on 2016
Forms of Proxy for the General Meeting to be Wednesday, 27 January
lodged with Accelerate or the Transfer 2016
