                          FULFILMENT OF SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS

Further to the announcement released on the Securities Exchange News Service on 09 October 2015
regarding the acquisition by SA Corporate of 50% of the shares and claims in Graduare Mauritius
Limited, Ancona Mauritius Limited and Premier LM&C Mauritius Limited in order to indirectly acquire a
50% interest in a portfolio of three properties located in Zambia (the “Transaction”), shareholders are
advised that all conditions to the Transaction have been fulfilled and the Transaction is now
unconditional and is in the process of being implemented.
