Further to the FTSE/JSE notice released on 20th May 2015 in relation to the completion of the scheme of
arrangement and proposed delisting of Village Main Reef Ltd, please be advised that Village Main Reef Ltd
will not be deleted from the index at zero price but instead at its last traded price.
