Shareholders are advised that the Company has made available, on its website and on the
website of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), the following information, namely:

-       key business metrics of the Company’s loan products observed as at 30 June 2014;

-       the Company’s consolidated unaudited statement of financial position as at 30 June
        2014;

-       the Company’s consolidated unaudited statement of comprehensive income for the
        period ended 30 June 2014; and

-       detail regarding arrears, non-performing loans and write-offs.
