ADDITION TO SALIENT DATES ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published this morning relating to the confirmation
of registration of special resolutions, change of name of the Company, salient dates, update
announcement on the reverse listing of Ardor SA Limited and the various acquisitions and
cautionary announcement and advise of additional salient dates published.

The salient dates for the name change and conversion of existing shares are set out below:

 conversion of shares to no par value shares announced on
 SENS by no later than                                                       Thursday, 04 October

 Finalisation announcement in the press by no later than                       Friday, 05 October

 Last date to trade share in the old name Decillion at a par
 value of 100 cents in order to be recorded as a shareholder
 by the record date on                                                         Friday, 12 October

 Listing of and trading in new Ardor SA Shares of no par value
 under the new JSE Code ARD and ISIN ZAE000165569                             Monday, 15 October

 Record date for determining those shareholders whose
 shares will be subject to the change of name and conversion
 of share capital on                                                           Friday, 19 October

 Date of issue of new Ardor SA share certificates, provided
 that the old share certificates have been lodged by 12h00 on
 the record date (share certificates received after this time will
 be posted within 5 business days of receipt) on or about                     Monday, 22 October

 Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts at their
 CSDP or broker updated on                                                    Monday, 22 October


Notes
1.  The abovementioned dates and times are South African dates and times and are subject to
    amendment. Any such amendment will be announced on SENS and in the press.
2.  Share certificates in the name of Decillion will not be able to be dematerialised or
    rematerialised after Friday, 12 October 2012.

The salient dates for the issue and listing of the new shares in Ardor SA Limited will be announced
once the transfer of the minimum portfolio has been finalised.
