POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING RE DISPOSAL 
OF THE SOLDONNE PROPERTIES


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS 
on 29 August 2012 regarding the financial effects of the disposal 
of the Soldonné properties and are hereby advised that a Circular 
setting out particulars of the disposal was posted today.

Included in the Circular is a Notice of General Meeting which will 
be held at the Companys registered office located at 3rd Floor, 
Lakeside Building A, 2004 Gordon Hood Drive, Centurion on Friday, 
26 October 2012 at 10:30. The Record Date set by the board of 
directors of the Company for purposes of determining which 
shareholders are entitled to receive the Notice of General 
Meeting and voting at the General Meeting, is Friday, 19 October 
2012,
 
A copy of the Circular will also be available on the Companys 
website, www.stratcorp.co.za.
