CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the Stock Exchange News Service
("SENS") on 11 July 2025 ("Related Party SENS") and are advised that an agreement has not yet been
reached regarding the settlement between Accelerate and the related parties detailed in the Related
Party SENS. As such, Accelerate is likely to proceed on the basis that such an agreement will not be
signed before the finalisation and publication of its Financial Statements (as defined below) and,
therefore, the salient considerations set out in paragraph 5 of the Related Party SENS ("Unsuccessful
Agreement") are now considered applicable.
Accelerate is currently assessing the full impact of the Unsuccessful Agreement on its financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("Financial Statements") and such financial impact will
be detailed in the Financial Statements expected to be published by 31 July 2025.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a full
announcement is made or the Financial Statements are published.
