New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL258
Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R150,000,000 (one
hundred and fifty million Rand) senior unsecured mixed rate Notes (stock code IBL258),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme, dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL258 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 12 December
with effect from commencement of trade.
