RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


    1. Introduction

        Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS, the last of which
        was dated 1 February 2022 (and using the terms defined therein) relating to the potential delisting
        of the Company’s Shares from the securities exchange operated by the JSE, accompanied by a
        cash offer of R3.30 per Share (“the Proposed Transaction”).

    2. Renewal of Cautionary

        If the Proposed Transaction is successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on the price of
        the Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
        when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.


    3. Board Responsibility Statement
