Pursuant to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (DLR), Noteholders
are advised that the Issuer’s Annual Financial Statements for the
year ended 31 March 2021, have been made available on the Issuer’s
website and may be viewed or downloaded through the following link:


https://www.idc.co.za/financial-results/


In addition, per DLR section 6.4 the issuer hereby gives notice to
noteholders that the covenant (debt to equity) during the
measurement period was 51.4%


Noteholders are also advised that the issuer’s audit reports were
unqualified and that there were no restatements of the previous
year’s annual or interim financial statements
