2018 (“the financial statements”) are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

UPDATE TO INFORMATION INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE

Bondholders are further advised that the King IV Application Register of the Issuer (“King IV Register”),
incorporated by reference into the Santam ZAR 4 000 000 000 Unsecured Subordinated Callable Note
