UPDATE IN RESPECT OF THE PINK ORCHID ACQUISITION AND POSTING OF A
CIRCULAR


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS dated 29 June 2018,
26 September 2018 and 31 October 2018 and, using the terms defined therein, are advised
that the posting of a circular to the Company’s shareholders in relation to the Pink Orchid
Acquisition (“the Circular”) has been further deferred as a result of a delay in obtaining certain
outstanding regulatory approvals.

The Company will provide a further update on the expected date of posting of the Circular in
due course.
