ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF EXTENSION OF THE FILING OF THE QUARTERLY RESULTS
FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 MAY 2018
The Board of Directors of Go Life would like to inform the public that the Stock
Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) has granted an extension of time until 31 July 2018 for
Go Life to publish its abridged quarterly financial statements in accordance with
Listing Rule 12.14. The delay has been caused by the knock-on effect of the delay in
finalising Go Life’s Annual Financial Statements and Annual Report as previously
announced.
Accordingly, the Company expects to publish its results for the first quarter ended
31 May 2018 no later than 31 July 2018. Shareholders are also advised that the Annual
Report is in the process of being finalised and a copy will be available upon request.
