DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF EPP


Further to the scheme of arrangement (the “scheme”) entered into between The Pivotal Fund Limited (“Pivotal”) and the
Pivotal shareholders (the “scheme participants”), Redefine Properties Limited (“Redefine”) acquired the entire issued
share capital of Pivotal in exchange for the issue of, in aggregate, 460 000 000 Redefine shares and the delivery by
Redefine of 31 153 281 EPP shares to the scheme participants. Accordingly, shareholders are advised of the following
information relating to dealings in securities by an associate of a director of EPP pursuant to the associate’s participation
in the scheme as a scheme participant:
