Nitro   5   wishes   to    advise   noteholders   of   the   Issuer’s
ZAR2,457,000,000.00 Asset Backed Notes Offering Circular dated 4 June
2015 that the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June
2016 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The annual financial statements have also been made available on the
