EXPIRY OF SPXIIC AUTOCALL INDEX WARRANTS (AUTOCALLS) 3 JULY 2013

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies holders of their
automatic option expiry which occurred on 3 July 2013(see the related securities above).

On 3 July 2013 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 1615.41, therefore the Autocalls automatically
exercise and expire on the 3 July 2013, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as
follows:

Reference amount X Coupon X CCF = USD 120.40 X 110.60% X 10.0425 = R1337.28

Reference Amount = USD 120.40
CCF = 10.0425

The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall held on 3 July 2013 will automatically accrue to the holder via instruction
through STRATE.

Holders who elect to receive the Cash Settlement Amount will receive R1337.28 on 11 July 2013 for every warrant
held.
