POSTPONMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
Please be advised that the eighty-eighth (88th) Annual General Meeting of       
Members of Hwange was convened in the Boardroom, 7th Floor, Coal House, 17      
Nelson Mandela Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday 30 June 2011  
and was postponed to enable the inclusion on the Agenda of certain matters      
relating to the restructuring of the Board of Directors.                        
The Annual General Meeting remains so adjourned until Wednesday 03 August 2011.
