Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing audited annual       
financial statements of the company for the year ended 28 February 2011 was     
dispatched to shareholders on 30 May 2011.  There has been no change from the   
reviewed results for the year ended 28 February 2011, released on SENS on 20 May
2011.                                                                           
The annual report contains a notice of the annual general meeting, which will be
held in the boardroom at the head office of Pepkor Limited, 36 Stellenberg Road,
Parow Industria, Cape Town at 09:30 on 4 August 2011.
