CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
unitholders are advised that Mr. Jose Jorge Goncalves da Costa and Mr. Andrew   
Edward Teixeira have been appointed to the board of PFM with immediate effect.  
Mr. da Costa has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and Mr.
Teixeira has been appointed as an executive director.
