NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND A BOARD COMMITTEE

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt Listings Requirements, Toyota
Financial Services (South Africa) Limited hereby wishes to advise noteholders that Shigeaki Matsui's
five-year secondment to Toyota Financial Services will come to an end on 31 December 2023 (the
"Effective Date"), resulting in Shigeaki Matsui no longer serving as an executive director on the Issuer's
board of directors on the Effective date. Consequently, Shigeaki Matsui will step down as a member
of the Social and Ethics committee.
