CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the 28 September
2023 in which the Company received notification from Wellington Management
Group LLP (“Wellington”) that the total interest in the ordinary shares
of the Company held by Wellington has increased to 5.09%.

Nampak advises that due to an incorrect calculation by Wellington, the
announcement was not required to be released and has therefore been
withdrawn. Wellington’s total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company remains below 5%.
