(vii) the Australian Stock

Recognised Exchange on
which the Issuer may in

Positions in respect of
Reference Components. The
investment strategy of the
Reference Portfolio
Manager, Highstreet Asset
Management Proprietary
Limited, is to aim that the
majority of the Reference
Portfolio’s Reference
Components comprises the
constituent components of
the iShares MSCI World
Index ETF, however the
Reference Portfolio Manager
may use its discretion to
invest in Reference
Components not included in
the iShares MSCI World
Index ETF, to take
advantage of specific
investment opportunities.
The iShares MSCI World
Index ETF seeks to track
the investment results of
an underlying index, the
MSCI World Index composed
of developed market
equities. The underlying
index is designed to
measure the performance of
equity securities in the
top 85% of equity market
capitalisation, as
calculated by the index
provider, in certain
developed market countries.
The underlying index may
include large-, mid- or
small capitalisation
companies. Constituents of
the underlying index
primarily include
financials, healthcare, and
information technology
companies. The constituents
of the underlying index,
and the degree to which
these components represent
certain industries, are
likely to change over time.
comprising developed market
equity securities. The
Reference Portfolio does
not have any specific
industry or market focus
and may in its sole
discretion obtain exposure
to one or more different
industry sectors or
markets.
The investment process of
the Reference Portfolio
Manager utilises various
data sources (including,
but not limited to:
Bloomberg Professional
Terminal, Statista Premium
Subscription, Similar Web
and other paid industry
research reports) on topics
such as global economic
conditions, asset class
valuations, and political
and social trends to
identify trending changes
in both behaviour and the
environment within the
global economy. Changes are
driven predominantly, but
not exclusively, by
innovation and
technological advancement
and their effects on
economic and social
behaviour. A particular
focus is placed on
disruptive changes to
conventional industries and
their resulting effect on
established competitive
forces. Identified trending
changes are analysed and
assessed to determine which
sectors, subsectors and
individual securities
within the global economy
are most probable to
benefit from their
persistence and/or
acceleration. Individual
securities are selected on
a relative basis (that is,
their valuation relative to
the market) from within
sectors and subsectors
expected to benefit from
identified trending changes
using fundamental criteria
(such as above-market
growth rates of revenue
and/or earnings, dominant
market position leading to
sustainable profit margins,
limited use of balance
sheet leverage and highly
competent leadership). The
investment strategy of the
Reference Portfolio Manager
Fund is classified as
‘aggressive’ due to the
ability of the Reference
Portfolio Manager to adopt
a narrow range of sector
focus, notwithstanding the
global focus applied to the
Reference Portfolio. It is
anticipated that large
positions may be allocated
by the Reference Portfolio
Manager into investments
with a higher perceived
surety of outcome, as
determined by the Reference
Portfolio Manager.
Concentrated holdings in
correlated sectors may lead
to short-term volatility in
the Reference Portfolio.
The High Street Wealth
Warriors High Equity
Portfolio is suitable for
long term investors,
targeting capital growth
through investment in
global equity assets, but
wish to invest and retain
the investment denominated
in South Africa Rand.
Holders of this set of AMCs
must be willing to tolerate
a potentially higher level
of volatility and must have
an investment time horizon
of five years or longer.
The Reference Components of
this set of AMCs typically
exhibit more volatility
given their high exposure
to the equity markets,
which may result in capital
losses.
