The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the twelve months ended 28 February 2021: - headline loss per share will be between 33.51 cents and 34.51 cents, representing a decrease of between 38.47 cents and 39.47 cents per share when compared to the headline earnings per share of 4.96 cents reported for the twelve months ended 28 February 2020; and - loss per share will be between 46.33 cents and 46.71 cents, representing a decrease of between 44.47 cents and 44.85 cents per share when compared to the loss per share of 1.86 cents reported for the twelve months ended 28 February 2020. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s auditors.
