S&P GLOBAL RATINGS UPDATE ON TRANSNET’S CREDIT RATINGS


Transnet Noteholders are referred to a SENS update issued on 29 November 2021. On 23 February
2022 S&P Global Ratings (S&P) extended the Credit Watch decision on Transnet’s credit ratings by 90
days.

Transnet is making steady progress with the implementation of its business and funding strategy
which will address the concerns raised in the S&P report.
