ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF AN INAUGURAL US$-DENOMINATED REG S / 144A SENIOR
UNSECURED BENCHMARK OFFERING

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by the guarantor, The Bidvest Group Limited
(“Bidvest”), on SENS on 10 September 2021 (“Bidvest Announcement”) stating that various entities
have been appointed as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a global investor call on Monday, 13 September
2021. An inaugural US$-denominated Reg S / 144A senior unsecured benchmark offering is expected
to follow. Noteholders are advised to refer to the Bidvest Announcement for further details in this
regard.
