Withdrawal of cautionary announcement

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 9 April
2021 and the subsequent renewal of such cautionary announcements, the
last of which was dated 24 May 2021 regarding the Cloud Atlas amendment
of the AMI real estate EX-SA ETF into participatory units in the Cloud
Atlas    S&P    African    Sovereign    Bond   ETF    ballot    voting.

Shareholders are advised that the ballot voting was concluded and new
salient dates were confirmed.
